Moderate tempo with Lily Express leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. MEISHO RAIMEI (6) improved last time out to score by 1.5 lengths as public elect over 1500m at this track. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. REVOLTADE (12) has been out of the money recently including last time out when eighth over 1500m at this track two weeks ago. Terrific chance to return to form. SEI GOOD LUCK (2) is having his first run since January 2. Excels when fresh with three victories from four starts including a win over 1400m at Kawasaki at the start of last prep. Major player. LILY EXPRESS (7) resumes from a spell of six months and is having his first outing under new trainer Yoshiyuki Sakaguchi. Finished tenth at Chukyo Dirt over 1200m at the opening run last time in work. Can feature here in easier.
