Expecting Stormbringer to take up the lead at a genuine tempo. ELLA HAZEL (9) gave away a huge start when returning for her second prep with a plugging fourth over 1300m at Kembla Grange. Desperate for this trip and look for her winding up late. Capable of finishing over the top of these. STORMBRINGER (5) set a good clip at his second race before proving no match for the promising Maison Louis over 1500m at Goulburn. Track suits and will prove hard to catch. LOTS TO LOVE (2) jumped sharply in trip at his second race start and found wanting over the final 350m when eighth over 1880m at Newcastle. Go on his debut third over 1500m at Goulburn when assessing his chances. SAN GABRIEL (4) played up pre-race when returning from a five month break with a fading seventh over 1500m at Rosehill. Lost a plate in the run on that occasion and expected to see a better showing today. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ella Hazel to take stopping.
