Strong tempo from Rich Lady, Sutadamu and Italian Informant. Interesting to see how SUZIDO (1) returns here for the new stable. She was brilliant over the summer when winning several races, although her form tapered off after that. She's earned top weight and if she brings her best, she's the one to beat. SIOUX WARRIOR (4) has been close in recent runs and, if things go right from the inside draw, he is an obvious threat. GOLD SPIRIT (3) looks progressive and can post back-to-back wins, while SIR LEAPALOT (6) can turn the tables on him for his narrow last start defeat. Happy to trust that form to stand up. STARTIDE (8) races best fresh so including her for the first-up record alone. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Gold Spirit and Sir Leapalot each-way.
