Moderate pace with Grinzinger Halo taking up the running ahead of Lottie Jane and Bandicoot. Handy maiden for a Wednesday. Two of the key chances in LOTTIE JANE (12) and THUNDER SHOC (13) come through the same race won by Anecdotal. There was merit in both of their runs but leaning towards Lottie Jane, who got home late from the back. She maps to get the right run from a middle draw for Jason Holder. Thunder Shoc is placed two of her four starts and has obvious upside but the wide draw makes it tricky. Watch betting moves for GRINZINGER HALO (8) first-up. Will be fitter for a recent trial, looks a place chance. HAKEBA (3) was well in the market on debut last start but could only manage fifth over 900m at Murray Bridge. Gets the blinkers on for this and the extra trip is a plus. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Lottie Jane to win.
