Several of these have good gate speed so a strong tempo is expected. GINGER MORPHEUS (2) led them up at Northam first-up but couldn't hold on when gunned down late in the race. He'll be fitter for that effort however and he should be prominent again from the inside barrier. Still looks to have some upside and he can get the job done this time. SNIPER'S SON (3) comes through that same race where he was only 0.8L off the winner and not far behind Ginger Morpheus. Pike replaces the apprentice hoop this time and he's shown good early speed in the past. Can put his best foot forward again. THE MIGHTY BELL (5) ended up 1.3L off the winner last start down the Pinjarra straight. The winkers go back on now as she gets back around a bend and she looks poised to strike. DEFINE BEAUTIFUL (1) has trialled nicely coming into this and can play a role on resumption. GINGERBREAD GIRL (6) didn't get into the race first-up but looks well placed this time. Can feature in the finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ginger Morpheus can land the knockout blow.
