Genuine tempo with Sunny Disposition and Woosh Ka Boom up front.
FASHION FLASH (8) ran on well for third when resuming over this trip at the Sunshine Coast two back then failed when heavily supported over 1400m last start. Blinkers on and back to six furlongs so she can turn things around. SIRKEL (12) made good late inroads to be beaten half a length on debut over this distance at Doomben on 6 December. Had a quite trial subsequently. Big chance if she exhibits some natural improvement. KETTLEBELL (9) overcame a poor start to work home late for second when fresh from a fifteen-week spell over 1000m at the Sunshine Coast recently. Big chance out to this more suitable journey. SUNNY DISPOSITION (5) has switched from Ciaron Maher to Darren Bell since finishing second on debut at Ballarat last April. Speedy mare who trialled well recently so keep her in mind. WINNING EDITION (6) goes well first-up so she must respected despite a 230-day lay-off. SUGGESTED PLAY: Fashion Flash on top in an open race.
