GRAND JOUR (8) scored her maiden win five back and is poised to salute again after finishing in the money at the last four outings, most recently when third over 1200m at this track. Has a decent record at this track. Right in this. VENEZIA FLAVOR (11) opened this prep with a win two runs ago. Not as effective last time out when eighth over 1200m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Well placed, and there is no reason she cannot make amends. SHINE FORT (7) resumes in a similar race to his last run five months ago when he was second, beaten 0.8 lengths. One to consider, especially if the money comes for him. KITASAN HIKOBOSHI (10) failed to threaten when fresh from a spell last time out over 1400m at this track. He strips fitter and is worth including in all combinations.
