MARGOT BEAT (10) went forward when resuming last start over 1200m at this track and held on well for second, beaten half a length. Should be on-pace despite the tricky draw. Looks well placed so expect another big run. MISTRA (1) built on a nice second two starts back at Kawasaki with success over 1400m at Kawasaki a week ago, getting home by 2 lengths. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. SHINTO AKIRA (8) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 0.8 lengths over 1200m at this track. Likely improver with strong prospects. PEGASE BRILLER (2) doesn't have the best strike rate but ran a nice race when resuming from a spell last time out over 1200m at this track, finishing third and beaten 2 lengths. Well placed and should be about the money.
