SWEET PATRIOT (8) has been a beaten favourite in all 3 starts this prep and was beaten on a heavy track at Goulburn last time out. She won a recent trial and won't have any fitness excuses this time. The step up to 1206m will help, and she is the one to beat. MYSTIC WAY (7) was unsuited by leading at Grafton last time out and will be ridden quietly this time with Aaron Bullock in the saddle. He has a home track advantage this time and is poised to put his best hoof forward. Each way. MIA FIGLIA (10) battled away fairly on debut over 1015m at Grafton and will naturally improve with the experience. A good draw and an extra furlong will help. Include in all combinations. BATTLE REIGN (9) has been a late scratching since her last start here last month and has the blinkers on for the first time. Use the market as your best guide. CUGAT QUEEN (5) has shown a lot more fight in her last couple of starts, and from a good draw, she has top 3 claims again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sweet Patriot to win.
