Has a high cruising speed. Will play a major role. PLUMERIA RING (3) performed well last time at this track, finishing fourth and only 1.5 lengths from the winner at the end of 1400m. Stepping up a level this time but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. DIPUTAR AZUL (4) improved sharply on his fifth two starts back with a win over 1500m at this track two weeks ago, getting home by a head. Goes up a rung or two but he is worth serious consideration. ARDOUR GROW (2) finished second last time over 1500m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including a win and four minor placings. Likely improver with solid claims.
