Solid tempo anticipated with Long Legs and Feminino leading the way. SPICY LU (1) bumped into Sheza Alibi when resuming in the Group 2 Angus Armanasco at Caulfield last start. No match for that star filly but was in a bunch behind. Perfectly placed over the extra furlong in less exalted company. QUEEN OF CLUBS (2) was heading for an Oaks last prep but things were curtailed after a decent sixth in the Spring Champion Stakes. Out-sprinted in her first two runs this time in work but can come into her own now out to the mile. PROFOUNDLY (3) resumed with a tough win over 1400m at Warwick Farm recently. Won't mind the extra trip and should hold the form second-up despite the class rise. AISLE TWO (4) continues to raise the bar and is building a very nice record. New to this trip and the calibre of opposition in this race but she is going too well to rule out. LONG LEGS (5) met with strong support but could not hold out Profoundly when resuming at the Farm recently. Trial winner since and will appreciate the step up to 1600m. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen to be with Spicy Lu.
