Just Kingdom and Keiai Whakapono have the pace to take up the running at a solid tempo. KEIAI WHAKAPONO (8) finished third when resuming two runs back at this track then progressed nicely last time out to score by a neck as favourite over 1200m at this track. Steps up a level but he is capable of running another bold race. JUST KINGDOM (2) turned in a fine effort to win by 4 lengths at today's course and distance last start in a far better run. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. STEEL CHARM (4) is a handy type who resumes after a break of eight months. At her last appearance she finished sixth over 1000m at Monbetsu, beaten 4.5 lengths. One of the contenders. RYUNO RAPTOR (9) was below his best last time when sixth over 1400m at Kawasaki, beaten 11 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
