Genuine tempo with the speedy Clew Bay crossing from the outside gate. ANDORRA (7) has been racing well this season and will find this much easier than her last run at Ellerslie, where she finished a gutsy fourth. She will be warming up late, and if the gaps come at the right time, she will go close to taking this out. INTOXICATED (8) ran on too late at Matamata nearly a fortnight ago when finishing seventh, but less than 3 lengths from the winner. His form prior was solid, and he is overdue for his next win. BERTIE WOOSTER (4) finally put it all together when winning by a nose here 16 days ago in a tough performance. He still has plenty more to learn and can repeat the dose. LISTENING (12) has been thereabouts this season without kicking on as well as was expected. She is strong enough to step up to a middle distance for the first time, and she can't be taken lightly in this. Each-way. GIPPSY GOD (1) has caught the eye in his last couple of starts at Ellerslie, and he is better placed in this. Stick with him on an each-way basis. SUGGESTED PLAY: Bertie Wooster each-way, and Listening can figure in the top 3 as well.
