Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. FLOWER FESTIVAL (6) was unwanted in betting last start but performed beyond expectations when beaten 0.8 lengths into third over 1400m at this track. Generally performs well here and has registered four minor placings. Cannot be underestimated.
