Decent sized field but it lacks any obvious pace. Not a bad maiden. IRISH ACCOLADE (12) closed well but never threatened when resuming over 1100m at Gosford last start. Better placed back to a country maiden over a little more ground. Can win despite a poor draw. MISSY MOSS (16) has been beaten as favourite at her last two outings, most recently when edged out over 1300m at Narromine. Back in trip but from a nice gate she looks sure to be thereabouts again. GREAT SOUTHERNLAND (11) staged a form reversal last start, beaten just half a length in a busy finish in the same race as Missy Moss at Narromine. Has had a stack of chances but makes each-way appeal. CARRICK (4) returned from an eight-month spell for new trainer Brett Robb last start and did a good job to finish runner-up over 1100m at Bathurst. Can improve enough to take this out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Irish Accolade each-way in an open race.
