He won a good race in his penultimate outing over this course and distance. He is likely to be settled near the rear of the field and will be storming home late. MASK ON (8) tried hard when fourth over 1200m on this course last time. He is having his third run this prep and having won in that state previously must be respected. CATAVAR (2) ran a better race last start to finish second of 10 over 1000m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Looks well placed so expecting another big run. WHEREVERILAYMYHAT (1) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better on the day over 1100m at Scottsville, after being in the firing line into the turn. Likely improver with strong each-way prospects.
