Plenty of pace with Forms Of Fear and Kangaroo Court up front, pressured by Brat and Zourata. ZOURATA (3) was only half a length from the winner when finishing third as favourite fresh up here 18 days ago. He meets a similar field and will be fitter. The Peter Robl stable has a fantastic record on this track when campaigning his team from the Gold Coast, and this gelding is the one to beat. Follow your money. FIELD OF FLUTES (1) did a few things wrong fresh up, and probably swallowed some of the kickback off the track as he was coughing after his last run. He strips fitter and is the main threat to the top pick. Stick with him. FORMS OF FEAR (4) whacked away fairly well after a pretty tough run here last time out, and he will start from the pole position third up from a spell here. Each-way all day. BRAT (6) ran a much better race for second in a tougher field here just over 3 weeks ago. He is always a chance when caught in the right mood. VENTING (2) found some winning form at Tennant Creek 2 months ago over a mile. There is a query over 1100m, but he can run into the top 4. SUGGESTED PLAY: Zourata should get the job done.
