Strong tempo with Jack Mint, Tierna Toto and Sunrise Arzu going forward ahead of Quads and Shark Copa. SUNRISE ARZU (7) was an emphatic winner last time over 1600m at this track with today's rider Ryo Novata engaged. Should park just off the speed. Leading contender. POSEIDON BAROWS (8) is returning from a spell of nine weeks. Finished 12th at Chukyo over 2200m at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Satoshi Fukunaga. Has ability and should be right in the finish. JACK MINT (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1600m at this track, beaten 3 lengths into fourth after being in the firing line on the corner. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. RHEINWALDHORN (4) showed good early speed and raced on the pace when first-up after a spell last start before fading to finish fourth, beaten 5 lengths, over 1600m at this track. Can figure in the finish.
