Expecting a strong pace from the outset with plenty of speed engaged. DUMMY SPIT (4) is knocking on the door for his next win after posting back-to-back second-place finishes here, most recently 11 days ago when favourite over 1300m. He has 1.5kg less to carry, and will again go close to taking it out. DELUSIONALDICTATOR (1) did not like the kickback off the track here fresh up when making his local debut 18 days ago. He will appreciate the step up from 1100m to 1300m, and this track doesn't always throw back dirt. He can stay out of trouble from a wide gate, and can make amends. Each-way value. MR MARRAKECH (3) is another who improved quickly when allowed to race in front and avoid the track kickback here over a month ago. He bolted home by more than 6 lengths that day, and can take the next step immediately. LEAN ON ME (5) is a consistent mare who has yet to break through in 7 starts here, but has been placed 3 times. Include in all combinations. I'M A DREAMER (8) had an excuse last start and has been freshened up. He is not without place claims. SUGGESTED PLAY: Dummy Spit each-way to be safe.
