Strong tempo primarily from Valadon, Eze Village and Mikiyo Wood Tail over Gorgeous Dragon and Meisho Magoichi. VALADON (10) has been going well this preparation, scoring last start over 1400m at this track to make it three wins from four runs this time in. Too good to ignore. EZE VILLAGE (1) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished fourth when fresh from a spell two starts back then improved and scored over 1400m at this track three weeks ago, getting home by one length. Meeting a deeper field this time but she is good enough to play a major role. MIKIYO WOOD TAIL (3) was on a winning run of three races but last time out missed the frame when seventh over 820m at this track. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. One of the main contenders. GALBANUM (5) got the prize two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when third over 1400m at this track. Well placed and hard to go past on best form.
