Expecting Alberta Bound to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint trip. The babies kick us off where it looks a race in two. ALBERTA BOUND (1) just missed last time when a neck away in second at this track over 1200m. Will be rock-hard fit for this and Wiggins sticks in then irons following that last-start placing. Rates the testing material against this line-up. COAL SEAM (2) is a progressive two-year-old gelding who hasn't raced since finishing third over 1200m at Rockhampton on April 12. Sharpened for this with a recent trial win and is sure to be very competitive while fresh. REVES TIME (7) is facing the starter for the first time but has shown ability at the trials and any market support must be noted. ANDERS KISS (5) next in line from the inside marble.
