HIGH LOVE LEGEND (3) showed early speed from a good draw last start then battled on well for third, beaten 1.4 lengths, over 1400m at this track. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. ALAN (7) was comfortably accounted for when fourth last time out over 1700m here after a win at this track at the previous outing. Tackling a more suitable race so he is a major player. T O HARRISON (1) bounced back last start and landed the prize by 2.5 lengths over 1700m at this track. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
