Moderate tempo with Farravallo leading the way. SINBIN (4) has needed both of her runs back from a spell, and she is at her best over this trip on this track. She is nicely placed at the weights in the small field, and she can have the last say in this. FARRAVALLO (3) resumes from a spell, and he usually comes to hand quickly. A heavy track is no issue, and with the aid of a kilo claim, he is ready to give this a shake. TOLSTOY (5) dug deep and fought on bravely for second in a similar small field here just over 2 weeks ago. He normally improves with further racing, and he can go one better in this. SPENCER (1) blew out of condition fresh up at Te Rapa 8 weeks ago, and has been given plenty of time to get over that run. He has won 3 times on this course and should be a quick improver. Include. TAVIS COURT (2) might need the run fresh up, but the small field will suit him, and SOTIRIO (6) also has to be a chance due to the field size. Include. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sinbin to win.
