LULU DARLING (4) looks ready to win, coming off a strong performance last start at Sandown Lakeside when beaten just a long neck. Tricky draw in an open race but she should take some beating. PATCHOULI DREAM (6) has just been fair in two runs back from a spell, albeit not beaten far at the tail of the field last time out. Her best form is good enough to win this and a more genuine tempo will suit. SIMPLY SPARKLEZ (5) is coming off a win at Donald over 1000m last start. This trip is no issue and she can figure again. MAJESTIC REWARD (13) is the one with upside at just her fourth start. Can roll forward and measure up. IMPENDING SHADOW (15) is also in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lulu Darling on top.
