REWARD MERLIN (12) showed good early speed from the inside draw last time and led into the straight before faded out of it, finishing fourth over 1400m at this track. Expected to go close. AMMINO LEMON (11) was in the money two starts back at this track but couldn't back it up last time when seventh at this track over 1400m. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. A SHIN GEAR UP (10) was okay in sixth over 1400m at this track last start. Good fourth at this track the run before. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. GHOST (2) was in the money two starts back at this track but was unable to repeat the effort last time when ninth. Can make amends.
