Expecting Old Timing Man to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint course. LORD AKOMEED (4) built on a nice second two starts back at this track with success as public elect over 1270m at Taree two weeks ago, getting home by 0.6 lengths. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. DON'T TELL JACK (3) was disappointing over 1012m at Taree last time out when in the market. That followed a good second the run prior. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. NAPOLI (6) is yet to find the frame in two runs since resuming from a spell, the latest when fifth over 1270m at Taree. Has further improvement to come and looks set to find best form. SWEDEN (10) recorded his first win when resuming last start over 1012m at Taree, getting home by a neck. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Lord Akomeed.
