WIN OREICHALKON (4) has been about the money with seven minor placings from 13 starts this campaign, the latest a solid second over 1400m at this track. Should be poised just off the lead. Sure to be in the finish. A SHIN POP (6) ran below expectations last time after being in contention on the corner at this track, finishing sixth and beaten 2.5 lengths starting at $7.20. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. YAMATAKE PREDA (2) was comfortably accounted for last time but that followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Yukihito Nagata is a key engagement. Likely improver with strong prospects. IRISE RIVAGE (7) was only beaten 3 lengths last time. No surprise to see her in the frame.
