Genuine tempo with Criteria to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. DREAMDEEL (2) is racing as good as ever and comes into this via a strong-looking race last start. On the quick back at an ideal trip suits. Poor draw the only query. FIFTYFIVECHEVY (12) had them covered easily last start at this trip but this is a step back up in grade. Improving galloper with three kilos less and a plum draw. Remains a dominant chance. DR EVIL (1) has found his range in genuine races at his past two starts and is a three-time winner at this track. Tough veteran with top four claims in an open race. Import UNDER SIEGE (4) resumes as a gelding and is a proven miler from just six starts. Weighted on potential at this stage but market confidence is the key. HINCHINJIVE (7) never really got a crack at them last start and her record at this venue is top rate. Back to provincial level can improve sharply. SUGGESTED PLAY: Fiftyfivechevy each way.
