Andersen to take charge ahead of Angelic Boom at a good tempo. The Vandyke-trained debutant PHILIA (13) creates plenty of interest. She's been well-trialled and won the latest easily at Deagon. Has the blinkers applied and is a half to Group winners Duais and Baccarat Baby. A bold effort is on the cards. ANDERSEN (7) led and was claimed late at Doomben first-up well supported. The colt is sure to have come on and has been saved for this race. Maps well and will be tough to beat. ANGELIC BOOM (8) is in a premier metro barn and is sure to be improved off the tidy first-up run at Ipswich. Has a sticky gate but gets in well with the 3kg claim. SUGGESTED PLAY: Philia if the betting suggests stable confidence.
