RED REBEL (1) has been in sparkling form over the winter and has carried that through to the spring with an easy win at Carnarvon 3 weeks ago when letting down strongly to score by well over 2 lengths. This assignment should be easier and an extra 4kg should not be enough to stop him from winning again. ORISTANO (2) has been freshened up since being a beaten favourite at Carnarvon nearly 5 weeks ago. His form prior was good and after a claim, he is set to carry 7.5kg less in weight this time. Stick with him and follow your money. TOMMY TO JACK (6) is an honest veteran resuming from a spell and he normally needs a run before showing his best. He has been placed in both of his starts on this track which is an advantage and he should not be totally ruled out of a top 3 finish. BIN SHALAA (3) capped off some strong from with an easy win at Mount Newman 5 weeks ago in a 4-horse field. He has solid place claims again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Red Rebel to win.
