Sir Kenny should lead but there are a few other speedy types who can keep him honest. Liked the last start Sale maiden win of SCARY (5). He didn't beat much but ripped home in some big late splits and put a good margin on them over 1732m. There isn't much difference between maiden and Listed grade for these 3yo Derby hopefuls. SERGEANT MAJOR (2) was great fresh in the McKenzie Stakes before struggling in the Guineas Prelude. Now up in trip, he'll improve sharply. LAVALIER (4) was well backed to win the Derby Trial here and was okay in fifth. Has the run under the belt and can be better for it. GIDDY UP WARRIOR (3) was also good in the Derby Trial and has some claims. KEENELAND (6) looks an improving type. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen on Scary.
