Full Of Merit to take up the running with Pearly Nuggett and Kiralui close at hand. FULL OF MERIT (5) resumed in good order at Northam when sticking well from the front, beaten 1.9L as favourite when overrun late. Form out of that has been franked and Pike remaining in the saddle is a good push. Fitter now and looks ideally placed today. KIRALUI (2) ran over the top to score at Bunbury in a CL5 last time out following some good runs at Belmont prior. The draw is a niggle, though she's racing well and still has upside being relatively lightly raced. Can put her best foot forward. SECRET IDENTITY (4) was only 1.3L off the winner in a similar race last start at Belmont and he should be fitter for that effort. Ready to peak now third-up and he is a track and trip winner previously. Nicely drawn and won't be far away. REIGN OF FIRE (1) was good in Open company last start and just missed the start prior. Worth plenty of thought. PEARLY NUGGETT (3) is ticking along nicely without winning and is worth including with Chris Parnham in the saddle. SUGGESTED PLAY: Full Of Merit goes on top.
