Cracking tempo with Kathy's Beau and Hellish leading the way. HELLISH (2) bounced back into form when finishing second here last start, after failing at Doomben in his penultimate start due to suffering from the thumps. He has a superior draw this time and can go one better. JUST SUPER (6) capped off some strong form with a well-deserved win on this track 18 days ago over 1050m. He drops 6kg and can win again. KATHY'S BEAU (5) won 4 of her 5 starts last prep after making the move from Victoria. He resumes from a spell even stronger this year and looked in great shape when winning a recent trial on the track. Can win. MEDIA EMPIRE (3) and STAMPE (1) are both capable of top 3 finishes.
