STEEL ACTOR (1) scored at his most recent appearance, getting home by a neck over 1400m at this track. That continued the good form this campaign, with two wins and two minor placings from five outings. Should be in the finish. FUKUNO YILDIZ (9) resumed over 1400m at Sonoda last time out and showed good speed to lead throughout, scoring by 1.3 lengths. Strong performer when second up with a win and one minor placings from three runs. Sound record at this distance with 11 wins and two minor placings from 14 runs and must be respected.
