MANA MOANA (3) was in contention all the way and fought on for second last start over 800m at this track, making it two minor placings in a row. Finds a tougher race but she has the talent to test this line-up. ACADEMISM (5) is a 10-start maiden who looks close to breaking the duck after finishing in the placings at her last couple of runs, most recently when 4 lengths away in second over 800m at this track. Nicely placed and gets her chance. SUPPIN GIRL (10) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 5 lengths when fourth over 1400m at this track two weeks ago after being in contention on the bend. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. PETIT OR (1) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 8 lengths away in sixth over 800m at this track. Finds a nice race and can atone.
