Kurino Hallelujah is the likely leader at a strong tempo. LORD MY LIFE (4) was below his best last time when sixth after being in the firing line on the turn over 1400m at Hanshin, beaten 2 lengths. Meets some better types this time but this looks well within his grasp. SONG OF LIFE (1) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on 14/12/2024, finishing sixth and beaten 4 lengths over 1400m at Chukyo. Should be hard to stop. MORINO RED STAR (12) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1400m at Chukyo, beaten 5.5 lengths. Has never missed the frame second up. This looks a sterner test than last time but with added fitness she is one of the key runners. LIKE A FLOWER (2) comes here off a break of five-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1200m at Niigata. Yet to win first up but generally runs well with three minor placings from six tries. Can make his presence felt.
