Iris Lane and Aurora Ciel possess good early speed and will set a genuine tempo. LAKE CRESCENT (3) was well in commission when resuming last start over 1800m at Nakayama when fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths. Nice alley and can make amends. COSMO LEONARDO (5) is struggling to break through but has been around the mark lately, last start finishing seventh over 2000m at Chukyo. Yet to win at the distance but has recorded three minor placings. Expected to be in the finish. ZIEGEL (16) pushed forward when resuming last time and boxed on to finish 1.75 lengths away in third over 1800m at Nakayama. Will be handy in running despite the tricky draw. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. ADMIRAL SHIP (10) returned from a spell four weeks ago when he was beaten 3.5 lengths into ninth over 2000m at Chukyo. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.
