From wide out Super Lad can slide over and set up a genuine tempo. SUPER LAD (6) put in a bold performance last time out, charging forward early and refusing to give in, going down by less than a length over 1100m at Murray Bridge. Drawn wide again but if he finds the lead comfortably, they'll have to be good to run him down. EAGLE MOON (4) soared into contention at Naracoorte, sticking on gamely for second. He’s knocking on the door and is nearing a peak effort. TOFINO (7) closed off nicely into the frame at cricket-score odds when resuming at Murray Bridge. Is sure to have come on with that run under his belt and is among the key chances. MS HUBBLE (11) has caught they eye in both runs back, despite not threatening the winner. Strips fitter third-up and gets weight relief. Worth a second glance. SHAYKHLISLAMOVA (12) can improve quickly with blinkers on first time. SUGGESTED PLAY: Super Lad to win.
