Voyage Samurai and Pray For Mir possess good early speed and will set a genuine tempo. Good race with some Derby runners lining up. BUNDLE AWARD (7) was a big winner two back at this track and trip before a 2L defeat in the Derby where he was rattling home late in the race. Now gets Purton on board and back to the scene of the crime. Quiet trial between runs and can return to winning ways. WINNING DRAGON (5) was only 1.7L away most recently over the 1600m journey when settling last in the run. Up to 1800m now shouldn't be an issue and he should get every chance off the inside barrier. Ticks a few boxes and won't be far away. STEPS AHEAD (8) was another who was flying late in a slowly run Derby, finishing strongly to be 2.5L off the winner. The wide draw is a niggle, but his prior form in the Classic Cup here stands out. Can make his presence felt down in the weights. VOYAGE SAMURAI (4) will give a bold sight from the front.
