AMERICAN CHIEF (14) returns from a spell of ten weeks and is having his first run for a new yard. Finished sixth at Niigata Dirt over 1200m when first-up last time in work. Rates highly so expect him to be prominent. TOLLER (15) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 9 lengths back in fifth over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt. One of the main contenders. BLACK DRESS (13) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when ninth over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt after racing in the leading division. Good enough on her day and can fill a top-three spot.
