Combat Mizar should find the front with Corazon and Miyagi Voyager on his heels. MATSURIDA MASURAO (5) was well supported when resuming last time out over 1600m at this track and proved too strong, scoring by 2.5 lengths. Was a winner at the only previous second-up run and looks sure to be in the finish again. CORAZON (4) displayed plenty of early toe over 1400m at this track last time and dug deep to score by 4 lengths. Meeting a deeper field this time but he is up to the challenge. COUNTER ATTACK (7) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 12 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 1600m at this track, beaten 8 lengths. Meets some better types this time but a big run is on the cards. RIC FORT (9) returned from a spell two weeks ago when he was beaten 22 lengths into tenth over 1600m at this track. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.
