Has a strong record when resuming, including two wins. Leading contender on best figures. CLOCHETTE NOEL (9) has been thereabouts, the latest finishing fourth over 1800m at this track but overdue for another win. Well placed here and is worth including on best form. BLACK VAR (12) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last start at the first run back from a spell over 2000m at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. Fitter for that run. Likely improver with top-three claims again.
