BLACK TOURMALINE (1) was on the speed from the rails draw when resuming last start and battled on well to finish second over 1400m at this track. Nicely placed to play a major role. AMRTA (6) was a dominant winner last time at this track over the same distance. Sound record at this distance with two wins and seven minor placings from 12 runs and is sure to play a big role. TERUKEN YUMIMIZUKI (3) was far from disgraced to finish 2.5 lengths away in second last start over 1400m at this track. That followed a first-up win at this track. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. FILIGRANE (8) showed good speed and fought on for second over 1400m at this track last time. Masashige Honda stays on. Worth including in calculations.
