Cracking tempo with Calisto Comet and Sarigan leading the way. SARIGAN (10) made an encouraging debut when racing on the speed before sticking on gamely for second over 1000m here. Natural improvement is expected from that experience and, with some luck from a wide gate, she looks the one they all have to beat. WEOWNACHEVY (6) also showed plenty of promise at his first race start, going down by only a long neck at Grafton before being put aside to mature. He won a recent trial, and with the aid of the pole position, he will be ready to rumble fresh up. EXCEED THE SALE (8) has made a bright start to her career with a solid third placing here last time out, and she should take another step forward with that run under the belt. Each-way. CALISTO COMET (11) was safely held on debut after weakening off the front in the run to the line, but she is capable of much better with the benefit of race experience, while THREEEYEDWITCH (5) finished strongly for fourth when resuming here a fortnight ago, and he is a must for all top 4 combos. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sarigan can win this.
