ACT OF GRACE (4) made progress last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1600m at Greyville All Weather. Unbeaten 2/2 this circuit. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. SPIRIT OF SHIMLA (7) met with solid support last start over 1600m at Greyville when sixth, beaten 7 lengths. Winning rider Craig Zackey stays aboard. Goes well here and should be in the finish. LAST CAR TO PASS (6) made a nice return two back then met with solid backing but disappointed when fifth over 1400m at Greyville All Weather two-and-a-half weeks ago. Senior rider goes aboard and can improve sharply. TREASURE ISLAND (2) finished second last start at the first run back from a spell over 1600m at Greyville All Weather, beaten a neck. Should take a lot from that hit-out. Likely improver with solid prospects.
