Plenty of pressure from Itsukushima, Placentia Bay and Stay Silent battling for the lead over Princess Mess. Open race. ITSUKUSHIMA (1) resumes. He's no star but he is rock solid around this level with a strong top-three strike rate. First up at 1500m is interesting but it's his right trip and he's trialled nicely leading in. He'll be up on speed for the 3kg claimer and should give a sight. STAY SILENT (2) was just fair last time here over 1400m but had been going well prior, albeit without winning. This looks a nice race for him to bounce back in. TOUXLOVE (11) is coming off a tidy BM62 win at Cranbourne and should take some holding out from a soft draw off a solid tempo. KILLENAULE (9) resumes. He looked promising in his first Australian campaign and the market will be the best guide to his chances. PLACENTIA BAY (8) resumes. He'll want further but this is a good kick-off point. SUGGESTED PLAY: Itsukushima each-way.
