Cracking tempo with Cala Dei Mori and Watch Legend leading the way. LUCKY CANDY (12) is knocking on the door of another win, missing in a photo finish last start when being forward in the run. This shapes similarly and he has enough speed to hold a forward position from the barrier. He remains right down in the weights and he can go one better. METRO POWER (5) is another speedy customer who should find a handy spot in the run from a wide barrier. He only missed by 0.8L at Happy Valley last time out and rates highly on the back of that effort. Sure to be in this for a very long way. STRAIGHT TO GLORY (6) is better than he showed last start when never threatening after an impressive win two back. Drawing wider today may suit him a bit better and he could sit a touch closer in the run. Will be hard to hold out if he can take closer order. FAST RESPONDER (2) can bounce back to his best after not handling the soggy conditions last time out.
