Solid tempo with Loona Dawn possessing enough dash to find the front. SUNSET SESSION (1) settled back in the run first-up but closed strongly late to be 0.3L off the winner. He looks to be back in good order and ready to go to a new level now. Close to his best figures fresh, though he can go to a new peak now and that'll see him hard to fend off. MAGIC BLUE POINT (11) is on debut for the Casey barn and she's shown talent at the trials coming in. A helpful barrier increases her chances and she's right down in the weights with Martinan's claim. Can make an impression on debut. DEEPEST DESIRE (4) won his trial coming into this and was tested in Open 3YO company before the break. Pike's booking is a big push for his chances and he can return on a positive note. GETS THE GIRLS (2) hasn't been far away recently and is not to be discounted. ENERGETIC (3) moved well in his latest trial and can put his best foot forward first-up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sunset Session can go one better now.
