Expecting Kitasan Yamabuki to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint trip. NOIR PARFAIT (3) did well last start but found one better over 1000m at this track, beaten only 1.5 lengths. Could be hard to beat in this suitable race. LUGNAQUILLIA (1) turned in an encouraging run at this course and distance last time, winding up strongly to finish fifth. Suited for this race, looks a leading player. KITASAN YAMABUKI (8) resumes in a similar race to her only run last prep back on April 16 when tenth. Good record at this journey with two wins and six minor placings from 12 starts and is a key contender. JASPER EIGHT (5) hasn't really produced this campaign but worth consideration today.
