Strong tempo with Zanzibar and Overrated leading the way over Possess. POSSESS (6) was too tough fresh up at Trentham 3 weeks ago when getting home over the top of his rivals off a good trip, scoring by nearly a length. He has the scope to continue to race through the grades this winter, and with 2.5kg less to carry, he is on target to repeat the dose. ZANZIBAR (3) raced handy to the pace before peaking on his run at Te Aroha, fresh up there nearly 4 weeks ago. He is a second-up winner in the past, and is expected to be a rapid improver here. Each way. OVERRATED (2) loves this track, and if he is able to secure a soft lead, then he would take plenty of pegging back. Stick with him. FLAMENCO (8) is a last start winner who is capable of repeating the dose. SUGGESTED PLAY: Possess each way.
